Twenty-eight years in policing with the Toronto Police Intelligence in an undercover capacity. Five years as Vice-president of Operations with Total Security Management (TSM). During Mikes tenure at TSM he was responsible for the supervision of over 1300 security officers and 50 contract security agencies within the corporate operation.

His responsibilities included; supervision, VIP security escorts, firearms division, H/R, Site Orders (Fire, Safety, and Disaster Management), training, and the upgrading of electrical security systems. His portfolio consists of clients that include The Exchange Tower, Square One Mall, TD, BMO, Magna International, and CTV with a mandate to ensure the professionalism of security staff while diminishing criminal activity and civil liability. He continue to maintain a diverse network of global contacts in policing and security spanning throughout Canada and the United States and Europe.

Mike trains on all aspects of the security curriculum. Mike specialty is training undercover operations, and surveillance.
