Charlene has post secondary education in business administration. Charlene in 2005 enrolled in the 5 week CGSB Federal Security Training Program and graduated with honours and was a class leader. After graduation Charlene was hired by Avante Security Services and was placed at MTV as the security coordinator.

Twenty-eight years in policing with the Toronto Police Intelligence in an undercover capacity. Five years as Vice-president of Operations with Total Security Management (TSM). During Mikes tenure at TSM he was responsible for the supervision of over 1300 security officers and 50 contract security agencies within the corporate operation. Michael is an accredited trainer.

A former police officer for the Toronto Police Services, Anthony (Tony) Saldutto has over thirty years experience in numerous areas of policing including investigations in organized crime, surveillance and intelligence. As a Detective Constable, Tony was a key investigator in many high profile cases, some of which have been featured as the basis for non-fiction novels and T.V. documentaries. During this time he also did guest speaking for police colleges, seminars for police conferences and private conventions. Tony is an accredited trainer.
