Charlene Gilgeous

Charlene has post secondary education in business administration. Charlene in 2005 enrolled in the 5 week CGSB Federal Security Training Program and graduated with honours and was a class leader. After graduation Charlene was hired by Avante Security Services and was placed at MTV as the security coordinator.

In 2007 Charlene became a member of the Centre for Security Training & Management in charge of administration, interviewing, screening, assisting with job placement. In 2008, Charlene was prompted to Operations Manager in overseeing the operations including accounts payable and receivables.

Charlene works with students directly with choosing a career path for the security industry. Charlene attends outside agencies to present services offered by the CSTMI.
